Bahan:
3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
10 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
3 siung bawang putih, memarkan, cincang kasar
3 lembar daun salam
1 1/2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
750 g daging lamusir, iris melintang serat 11/2 cm
3 sdm kecap manis
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1/4 sdt pala bubuk
3 sdm saus cabai botolan rasa manis pedas, siap pakai
3 buah cabai merah, iris serong tipis
8 buah cabai rawit merah, biarkan utuh
350 ml air
200 ml santan kental dari 1 butir kelapa
Cara membuat:
- Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum dan layu. Masukkan daun salam dan lengkuas, aduk-aduk hingga daun salam layu.
- Masukkan daging, aduk-aduk hingga daging berubah warna. Tuangi kecap, garam, merica, pala, sous cabai botolan, cabai merah, dan cabal rawit. Aduk rata.
- Tuangi air, masak di atas api sedang hingga daging empuk dan air hampir habis. Tuangi air mendidih jika perlu untuk mengempukkan daging.
- Tuangi santan, didihkan sambil aduk-aduk. Masak daging hingga empuk benar, santan berminyak dan mengering. Angkat, sajikan.
