Bahan
500 gr daging kambing, potong kotak 1 1/2 cm
150 gr lemak kambing, potong kotak 1 1/2 cm
5 sdm kecap manis encer
4 lembar daun jeruk purut, iris tipis
Bumbu
3 buah cabai rawit
1 1/2 sdt gula merah
3/4 sdt garam
7 buah bawang merah
3 sdt petis
Cara Membuat
Lumuri daging kambing dengan kecap manis encer.
Bakar di bara api hingga matang. Sisihkan.
Haluskan bumbu, taburkan di atas sate.
Sajikan sate kambing dengan taburan daun jeruk purut.
