Bahan:
100 gram paha ayam fillet, dicincang halus
100 gram daging tenggiri, dicincang halus
50 gram udang kupas, dicincang halus
2 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan
2 batang daun bawang, diiris halus
1 1/2 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1 sendok teh gula pasir
1/4 sendok teh penyedap rasa 100 gram tepung sagu
150 ml air es
Bahan saus:
200 gram kacang tanah kulit, digoreng, dihaluskan
30 gram gula merah, disisir halus
1 1/2 sendok teh garam
600 ml air
2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis
Bumbu halus:
4 siung bawang putih
2 buah cabal merah keriting
2 buah cabai rawit merah
Bahan pelengkap:
5 sendok makan kecap manis
5 buah jeruk limau
Cara membuat:
1. Campur ayam, daging tenggiri, dan udang. Aduk rata. Tambahkan bawang putih, daun bawang, garam, merica bubuk, gula pasir, dan penyedap rasa. Uleni sampai kalis. Tuang air es. Uleni sampai rata.
2. Tambahkan tepung sagu. Aduk rata.
3. Sendokkan di cetakan tatam plastik. Kukus 30 menit sampai matang.
4. Saus: panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Tambahkan kacang tanah. Aduk rata. Tuang air. Masak sampai mendidih. Masukkan gula merah dan garam. Aduk rata.
5. Sajikan siomay dengan saus dan pelengkapnya.
