Resep Tongseng Kambing

500 gr daging kambing, potong dadu 2 cm
7 lbr daun kol, buang tulang daunnya, potong kasar
4 bh cabai merah, iris serong tipis
5 bh bawang merah, iris tipis
3 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
1/2 sdt lada bubuk
4 sdm kecap manis
2 sdm air jeruk nipis
3 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumis
500 ml santan
2 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
Tumis bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan bawang merah dan cabai merah iris,Tumis sampai layu.
Masukkan daging kambing, aduk sampai daging berubah warna dan kaku. Tuang air, tambahkan kecap, lada, garam, dan gula pasir, masak sampai daging lunak dan kuah tinggal sedikit. Tuang santan, masak sampai mendidih
Tambahkan kol, masak sampai kol matang, tambahkan air jeruk nipis, aduk sebentar, angkat.
