Bahan
1 ekor ayam, potong-potong 6-8
2 lembar daun salam
6 daun jeruk, tulang belakang dihapus
4 batang serai (hancur)
750 ml air
1 1/2 sendok makan air asam (dari 1 sendok teh asam jawa dan 2 1/2 sendok makan air)
minyak goreng
Bumbu
10 bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
3 buah kemiri (digoreng)
2 cm jahe
2 cm lengkuas
3 cm kunyit, (panggang)
2 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh gula
Cara Membuat
Rebus ayam dan bumbu sampai bumbu meresap ke dalam ayam.
Goreng dalam minyak dipanaskan sampai ayam matang dan kering.
