Bahan :
250 gram salmon, potong 2 potong sama besar
1 cangkir dashi
1 sdm mirin
1 sendok makan sake
1 sendok makan kecap
2 kuntum brokoli
2 jamur shiitake segarCara Membuat :
1. Bersihkan salmon, atur salmon didalam piring bersama jamur shiitake dan brokoli.
2. Siapkan dashi mendidih . Tambahkan mirin, sake, dan kecap. Angkat dari api dan sisihkan.
3. Steam salmon selama kurang lebih 2-4 menit sampai masak. setelah masak taruh ke dalam piring. dan tuang dengan kuah dashi.
4. sajikan dengan nasi.
