Bahan:
400 gr udang pancet agak besar, dibuang sungutnya, dibelah punggungnya
6 tangkai daun ketumbar cincang
4 slung bawang putih, dicincang halus
1 sendok teh kecap ikan
2 batang Serai, diambil putihnya, diiris
3 cm jahe, diparut
3/4 sendok teh garam
1 sendok teh air jeruk nipis
50 ml krim kental
Bumbu goreng:
4 buah cabai kering
3 siung bawang putih
1 sendok makan ebi
5 sendok makan minyak goreng
Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak goreng. Goreng semua bumbu hingga matang. Dinginkan. Haluskan. Campur dengan krim kental. Aduk rata.
2. Lumuri udang pancet dengan bumbu goreng, daun ketumbar cincang, bawang putih, kecap ikan, Serai, jahe, garam, dan air jeruk nipis. Diamkan 30 menit sampai meresap dalam lemari es.
3. Bakar udang sambil dilumuri bumbu dan dibolak-balik sampai matang.
