Bahan :
bongkol besar mentega
2 batang daun bawang besar, dibelah dua dan iris halus
1 daun bay (bay leaf)
Kentang floury 1kg, potong dadu
1 liter kaldu ayam atau kaldu sayuran
100 ml double cream
200g smoked salmon, suwir-suwir
beberapa butir bawang kucai, dipotong
Cara Membuat :
1. Panaskan mentega dalam panci besar dan tambahkan daun bawang dan daun bay. Masak di atas api kecil selama 8,10 menit atau sampai bawang benar-benar lembut, aduk dan masukkan kentang sampai kentang dilapisi mentega. tuangkan kaldu dan cream biarkan sampai mendidih, biarkan gelembung selama 10-15 menit sampai kentang benar-benar lembut.
2. Tambahkan dua-pertiga dari salmon asap, aduk hingga merata dan bumbu tercampur. Sajikan sup dalam mangkuk dengan salmon asap yang tersisa dan daun bawang dipotong di atasnya.
