Bahan Masakan :
- 1 ekor ayam kampung utuh
Bumbu Masakan :
- 10 bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 5 buah cabai merah
- 5 buah kemiri
- seruas jari jahe
- seruas jari kunyit
- 1/2 sdt lada
- 2 batang sereh
- 2 lembar daun kunyit
- 1 butir kelapa diambil santannya
- garam secukupnya
- 50 gr mentega
Cara Memasak Singgang Ayam :
1. Bersihkan ayam, belah dadanya.
2. Haluskan bumbu-bumbu, panaskan mentega tumis bumbu-bumbu sampai harum baunya.
3. Masukkan santannya masak sampai mendidih, setelah itu masukkan ayam.
4. Masak terus sampai santan agak berminyak, siap dihidangkan.
