Bahan-Bahan :
700 g nasi putih
2 butir telur (1 butir didadar tipis lalu dipotong halus)
1 tangkai daun bawang, iris tipis.
1 sdm blue band margarin
4 siung bawang putih, cincang
4 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
1 bungkus royco sapi
3 bh cabai merah keriting, iris tipis atau bisa dengan cabai rawit merah jika suka pedas
2 sdm kornet sapi
1/4 sdt lada
1 sdt kecap manis
Cara Memasak :
1. panaskan blue band margarin, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum dan matang, lalu tambahkan telur, masak hingga berbulir kasar, kemudian tambahkan kornet, daun bawang, lada, kemudian masukkan nasi putih, kecap manis dan royco.
2. masak hingga bumbu merata dengan nasi dan tidak basah.
3. sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng dan telur dadar dipotong halus.
