Bahan :
400 gr cumi tanpa kepala, potong cincin 2 cm, lalu potong2 bawahnya
5 lembar daun jeruk
3/4 sdt garam
10 buah cabai rawit merah
1 sdt gula pasir
100 ml air
4 sdm minyak utk menumis
Bumbu (tumbuk kasar) :
8 butir bw.merah
2 siung bw.putih
6 buah cabai merah
1/2 buah tomat
Cara membuat :
1. Tumis bumbu kasar sampai harum dan kering
2. Tambahkan gula. Aduk sampai gula jadi karamel
3. Masukkan daun jeruk, cumi, garam dan cabai rawit. Aduk sampai cumi kaku
4. Tuang air. Masak sampai air kering.
