Bahan:
250 gram daging kerbau dipotong kotak
600 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa
1 lembar daun salam
2 cm lengkuas dimemarkan
1 tangkai Serai dimemarkan
600 gram nasi
2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis
Bumbu Dihaluskan:
8 butir bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
2 buah cabai merah
1 cm kencur
1 buah kluwek diambil isinya
1/4 sendok teh jintan
1/4 sendok teh ketumbar
1/2 sendok teh merica
1 sendok teh garam
Cara Membuat:
1. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, Serai, dan lengkuas hingga haruni
2. Masukkan daging lalu aduk hingga berubah warna.
3. Tuang santan dan mask dengan api kecil sampaH daging lunak dan kuah agak mengental.
4. Sajikan dengan nasi putih hangat.
