Bahan:
20 ekor (300 gram) udang ukuran sedang, dikupas kulit, disisakan ekor
400 gram tahu, dihaluskan
3 tangkai daun seledri, dicincang minyak untuk menggoreng
Bumbu halus:
4 siung bawang putih
1/2 sendok teh garam
1 sendok teh merica bubuk
1 sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk
3 butir kemiri, disangrai
Bahan pencelup:
2 butir telur, dikocok lepas
Bahan pelaengkap:
100 gram saus sambal pedas
Cara membaut:
1. Campur tahu, daun seledri cincang, dan bumbu halus. Aduk rata.
2. Ambil sedikit adonan. Masukkan udang sisakan bagian ekornya.
3. Celupkan ke telur. Goreng dalam minyak panas sedang sampai kuning kecokelatan.
4. Sajikan panas dengan saus sambal pedas.
