Bahan:
200 g daging has sapi, iris melintang serat tipis
100 g bawang bombay, iris tipis
50 g paprika hijau, iris tipis
Bumbu, aduk jadi satu:
100 ml shoyu/kecap Jepang
2 siung bawang putih parut
Taburan:
2 sdt biji wijen, sangrai
Cara membuat:
- Aduk irisan daging dengan bumbu hingga rata. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
- Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay dan paprika hingga layu.
- Masukkan daging berikut perendamnya.
- Aduk dengan api sedang hingga daging berubah warna dan mengeluarkan air.
- Masak hingga agak kering dan daging lunak.
- Angkat, taburi wijen.
- Sajikan dengan nasi hangat.
